Dressing for traditional Ukrainian borscht.
Ukrainian borsch is a traditional sweet and sour soup made from beets, cabbage, garlic and dill in Eastern Europe.
Then served with a handful of sour cream and rye bread.
Rune dressing is made on the basis of traditional recipes in Ukraine. It is very easy to use, which will save your time and help you cook a quick and tasty dinner.
Ingredients: drinking water, tomato paste, dried vegetables (beets, onions, carrots, garlic), white table salt, sunflower oil, starch, dried parsnip root, citric acid, dried dill and parsley, black pepper.
Cooking method:
1. Cook meat broth (1 liter)
2. Add potatoes and cabbage, cook until tender.
3. Add the dressing, cook for a couple of minutes.
Fragrant, rich color borscht is ready!
