Borodinskij Rye Bread


Unlike simple rye bread, the dough is cooked using brewing and spices. The cooking is rye malt, mixed with flour and boiled with boiling water. The process lasts several hours and is the most complex and responsible technological operation on which the quality of the finished product depends directly.

NGREDIENTS:
rye flour 50%, water, wheat flour 15%, sugar, rye malt 3.8%, sugar syrup, salt, yeast, coriander, doughacidregulator (rye malt powder, wheypowder, citric acid, acetic acid, soy lecithin)

Using a special technology of pasteurization allowed to extend the shelf life to 6 months.
