Hand selected eggplants are stewed with onions carrots, tomatoes, paprika and spices which are all perfectly blended and prepared in a light and flavorful sunflower oil.

This sauce is a perfect addition to snacks or can be used on dishes such as pasta, boiled potatoes, rice and bread.
